1. Order Processing Time
Order processing time refers to the period between when we receive your order and when it is shipped out (this does not include transit time). Our processing times are designed to ensure each item is inspected, packaged securely, and prepared for delivery with the utmost care:
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Most in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days of order placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day).
- Made-to-Order/Custom Items: Custom or made-to-order items (as indicated on the product page) require additional production time. Processing time for these items is 5-7 business days, and may be extended to 7-10 business days during peak seasons (e.g., holiday season, major shopping events) due to increased order volume. We will notify you via email if your custom order will require additional processing time.
Please note: Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST will be processed the next business day. We process orders on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure fairness and attention to detail for each customer.
2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

- USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days; tracking included; insured up to $100.
- USPS Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 business days; tracking, signature confirmation & full insurance; recommended for expedited international orders.
Important International Notes: Customs clearance procedures vary by country and may cause delays beyond our control. International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by your respective country’s customs office—these fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and we are not liable for them. We do not mark packages as “gifts” to avoid customs fees, as this is illegal in most jurisdictions.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, order weight/size, and delivery address. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time (details posted on our website and via email newsletters).
- Domestic shipping costs start at $4.99 for USPS First-Class Mail.
- International shipping costs vary by destination and order weight, starting at $15.99.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if the order is returned (unless the return is due to a damaged/defective item, per our Return & Refund Policy).
4. Packaging & Handling
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure safe delivery, with protective and practical packaging for all orders:
- All items are individually wrapped in protective material (bubble wrap, tissue paper, or anti-scratch pouches) to prevent damage during transit.
- Items are placed in sturdy padded envelopes or corrugated boxes, based on size and fragility.
- For gift orders, complimentary simple gift wrapping and a handwritten note (up to 50 words) are available—please note your request in the order comments at checkout.
- Outer packaging is plain and durable to deter theft, with minimal branding for secure delivery.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email includes your tracking number and a link to track your package via the shipping carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update, as carriers may take time to scan and process packages after pickup.

6. Delays & Lost/Stolen Packages
6.1 Shipping Delays
We strive to meet all estimated processing and transit times, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances: peak order volume, severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs clearance (international orders), or shipping address errors. We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors, but we will work with you to track your package and resolve issues as quickly as possible.
6.2 Lost or Stolen Packages
All domestic orders are fully insured (up to the order value) and international orders are insured per the selected shipping method, against loss or theft in transit. If your package is marked “delivered” but unreceived, first check with your local post office, neighbors, or building management—packages are often left in safe, non-obvious locations.
If you believe your package is lost or stolen, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number, tracking number, and a detailed description of the issue. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue (refund or replacement) once the carrier confirms loss/theft. Claims processing may take 7-14 business days.
7. Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you to confirm the correct details—you will be responsible for all additional shipping costs to resend the order. If we cannot contact you within 14 days, the order will be canceled and a refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued.
Domestic P.O. boxes are accepted for all USPS shipping methods; we do not ship to P.O. boxes for international orders.
8. Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (November–December, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day/Father’s Day), order volume increases significantly, which may extend processing times by 2-3 business days. We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure delivery by your desired date—holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website and via email. Shipping carriers may also experience delays during holidays, so we cannot guarantee delivery dates for orders placed after the posted deadlines.
